Our Founder
Cassandra Wood is the founder and Chief Consultant for Pierre Partnership Consulting, LLC. a woman-owned coaching, training and consulting entity helping businesses, schools and individuals to personalize leadership development, transform team relationships and thrive for success. Cassandra founded PPC to engage in a customized approach with each partnership. She knows leadership is mission-driven and grounded in relationships built on trust, time, and tenacity. As such, she manages Pierre Partnership Consulting to take an inquisitive and thoughtful approach to work alongside its clients to provide solutions to challenges and propel innovative initiatives specific to their needs.
Cassandra, a life-long leader with more than 20 years of experience, has supported and witnessed the transformation of individuals working and living out their purpose when provided with a targeted development plan. Prior to founding Pierre Partnership Consulting, Cassandra designed and conducted professional development sessions and coached at several nonprofits organizations to support leadership to improve effective implementation strategies. Previously, Cassandra worked as a teacher, principal, leadership coach, and executive director. She has coached and developed teachers, school and district leaders across the nation in different educational settings that serve various demographics.
When Cassandra isn’t designing, coaching, leading or facilitating, she enjoys hiking, taking photos of landscapes and spending time in His Word.
What We Do For You
You will partner with an expert leader to design a model or program to drive your professional goals that will enhance the way you and your organization teach, coach, train, and lead others. We offer coaching services for managers and leaders to implement new practices. We provide training services where we facilitate and customize workshop sessions to align with the individual and organization’s goals and needs to bring ambitious new or refined models. We also provide consultation services to plan your short and long-term goals effectively. This can be accomplished through setting up an effective pilot structure, implementing pilots, and summarizing learning to inform long-term goals.
