Our Founder
Cassandra Wood is the founder and CEO of Pierre Partnership Consulting, LLC, a woman-owned coaching, training, and consulting firm that helps businesses, schools, and individuals personalize leadership development, transform team relationships, and thrive. She founded PPC to provide a customized approach to every partnership, grounded in the belief that leadership is mission-driven and built on trust, time, and tenacity.
With over 20 years of leadership experience, Cassandra has guided individuals and teams to discover their purpose and achieve measurable growth through targeted development plans. Before founding PPC, she designed and led professional development programs and coaching initiatives for multiple nonprofit organizations, supporting leaders in improving strategies and implementation. Her career also includes experience as a teacher, principal, leadership coach, and executive director, coaching educators and leaders nationwide across diverse educational settings.
Cassandra is passionate about partnering with clients to tackle challenges, implement innovative solutions, and cultivate sustainable success. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, capturing landscapes through photography, and spending time in His Word.
